Hotel rooms have been reserved for you. You will need to pay for your stay using your credit card upon check-in.
If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, please arrange your room booking directly with the hotel.

The hotel rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The hotel rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

You have two convenient options to reach the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost from Munich Airport
Option 1: By S-Bahn (Public Transport): Take the S8 (towards Leuchtenbergring) or S1 (towards Ostbahnhof) from the airport to München Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Station). The journey takes about 40–45 minutes. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. This costs approximately 10€.
Option 2: By Uber or Taxi: A direct Uber or taxi ride takes approximately 35–40 minutes, depending on traffic. The estimated fare is around €70–€90.
Both options have to be covered by yourself.

The hotel has a parking garage with 71 parking spaces. The fee is 43€ per day.

There will be a shuttle service that will take all guests from the hotel to the respective location and back again every day.

Some workshops may require pre-work, which will be shared in advance to ensure participants are well-prepared.

The pictures from the event will be published on the website/gallery. Yes, a gallery function will allow participants to upload content using a designated hashtag, making it accessible to others.
